Splice Kit

With the Chem-X Splice Kit, we’ve made it easy add an extra 10′ pick up tube to your existing chemical injector. The Splice Kit includes a 3 way valve and your choice of pick up tubes. Choose either a standard strainer or a Flow Safe Strainer to be able to keep your gallon jugs closed while drawing soap from them.

• Single injectors like the Suttner ST-160 or any standard soap injector can now run two different soaps.
• Dual injectors like the Suttner ST-164 can now run three or four different soaps.
• Eliminates swapping pick up tubes between different soap options.
• Completely customizable, tube lengths and placement can easily be altered.

INSTALLATION

1. CUT YOUR CURRENT PICK UP TUBE.

(For two step touchless washing we recommend keeping the valve as close to the injector as possible to eliminate delay between soap selections.)

Turn the valve’s handle towards the soap’s pick up tube you want to use.
